Before representing victims, Attorney Hogsette defended claims for insurance companies

Prior to joining Hatfield Temple, Alec defended the interests of insurance companies at a multi-state defense firm for the better part of a decade. As an insurance defense attorney, he represented commercial truck drivers, motor carriers, at-fault drivers, homeowners, and businesses. His work on behalf of insurance companies gives him a keen perspective on how insurance companies evaluate claims. Alec’s understanding of the insurance industry means that his clients each receive a unique, case-specific legal strategy to help combat any attempts by an insurance company to reduce or limit compensation. Mr. Hogsette’s practice routinely involves experts in various fields to help establish his client’s claims, which includes, accident reconstruction, medicine, future medical cost projections, life care plans, and biomechanical experts. He and is team are committed to helping their clients through the worst time in their lives and developing their claims to their fullest potential.
