David graduated from the University of Montana in 1992 and the University of Montana School of Law in 1995. He is admitted to practice in all State and Federal Courts in Montana, United States District Courts for Colorado, and the United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He is a member of the Montana Trial Lawyers Association; Yellowstone, Montana and Federal Bar Associations, and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). David is also in the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in the National Trial Lawyers.
