Frank Stucki is a trial attorney known for his unique combination of genuine, compassionate, and attentive relationships with clients and attorneys while maintaining an aggressive litigative style. As his reputation has grown, his marketing budget has disappeared entirely – he works only on personal referrals. New clients are referred by old clients, but an overwhelming majority of his caseload is from other attorneys who trust his ability to handle their cases throughout the complex litigation process. But even more telling of his ability are the personal referrals from insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and even judges who have presided over him on previous cases.
Although Frank is well-liked within the legal community, he isn’t afraid of a fight and always goes toe-to-toe with opposing counsel to achieve the best outcomes on even difficult and complicated cases. In 2015, as a third-year attorney at the largest firm in Nevada, Frank broke the longstanding firm record for settlements negotiated, and since opening his own practice has continued breaking records and surpassing referring attorneys’ and clients’ expectations.
Most attorneys will tell you the total amount of money s/he has recovered for his/her clients. But the only number Frank will tell you is “1.” He has lost only one trial in his career - his first trial, which took place a year after passing the bar. After the losing verdict was read, his client bought him a bag of Cheez-Its from the vending machine because he knew Frank had missed lunch that day but still wanted to help and give thanks where he could. The kind gesture has stayed with Frank ever since and has only reconfirmed his commitment and loyalty to his clients.
Being named the “2015-2016 Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year for Nevada” by the Personal Injury Law Experts is one of the litany of awards granted to Frank during his career. Other awards include “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022), “Top 10 Under 40” by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022), “10 Best Client Satisfaction for Nevada” by The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys (2015, 2016), and “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022). Due to his unprecedented success at a young age and the dozens of seven-figure settlements he’s negotiated, Frank was invited as a “Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum” by The Top Trial Lawyers in America, an an achievement reached by less than 0.5% of U.S. lawyers.
Frank is an active participant within his community where he’s currently a member of the Utah Association for Justice, the Nevada Justice Association, the Washington State Association for Justice, the American Association of Justice, and a continuing contributor to the NJA Citizens for Justice program. He also serves as an editor for the Trial Guides Publishing Company, which has produced hundreds of books, DVDs, and other media to help trial lawyers develop better ways of telling their clients’ stories at trial.
Education is extremely important to Frank, who in 2009 received his Bachelors in Legal Studies from Utah Valley University, in Orem, UT; in 2011 his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, San Diego, CA; and in 2015 his Masters of Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston, MA. His thirst for knowledge and achievement paid off when he passed the Nevada, California, and Washington State bar exams on his first sitting (infamously considered 3 of the top 5 hardest bar exams in the country). He also set the record (and still holds today) as the youngest attorney in Nevada’s history to be licensed in three states at the same time.
Frank is currently a member of the Nevada, California, Washington, and Utah State Bars and actively practices in each jurisdiction. Frank was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. He’s an Eagle Scout, a husband, adoring father of 6-year-ol Calvin (Vinny) and 4-year-old Georgia (Jo), and steward of dozens of chickens, pigs, turkeys, goats, barn cats, and dogs. If you ever can’t find him, he’s most likely on a hiking trail with his kids, in the garden with his wife, or reading in his favorite chair.
TYPES OF INJURY CASES
CAR ACCIDENTS
BICYCLE ACCIDENTS
PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENTS
MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENTS
“Accidents cause a pile of medical bills, property damage deductibles, wage loss, future wage loss, and that’s before the things unseen - the painful and restless nights, the frustration, the embarrassment, etc.
We don’t simply fight insurance companies to take their money, we fight them to take our client’s money back. We do that by understanding their loss entirely, learning their story, and communicating it in a way the insurance companies can understand.”
