Françoise (Fran) M. Haasch has nearly two decades of experience representing victims of personal injury, as well as the surviving family members and loved ones of individuals who were wrongfully killed. With 100 percent of her practice focusing on plaintiffs’ personal injury and an emphasis on car and motorcycle accidents, Ms. Haasch provides devoted legal support for individuals and families throughout the Greater Tampa Bay Region and beyond. Her firm, The Fran Haasch Law Group, represents clients in Clearwater, Tampa, Palm Harbor, St. Petersburg, and the surrounding areas.
Ms. Haasch moved from Long Island, New York to Palm Harbor, Florida in 1991. She graduated from the University of Florida and earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. She is a lifetime member of The Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum and a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA), the Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), and the Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association.
Ms. Haasch uses her years of experience to effectively represent her clients. She loves and has a great understanding of the medical aspects of personal injury law. Ms. Haasch has made it her mission to help people in tough situations by representing them against major insurance companies and large corporations. Ms. Haasch is also an accomplished, classically trained, Suzuki Method violinist and is fluent in German. Fran is a loving wife and cherishes family time with their three sons and many rescue animals.
