Born and raised in Colorado, Spencer D. Freeman graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 1995 and was awarded the National Order of Barristers. After serving as a prosecutor for the City of Tacoma, he gained experience in personal injury and criminal defense at local law firms. In 2000, he joined a prominent Seattle firm, working on cases involving encrypted satellite signal theft and collaborating with corporate counsel on a national litigation campaign. In late 2005,

His work includes assisting local businesses with shareholder disputes, representing individuals in catastrophic injury cases, and litigating against insurance companies for bad faith practices. He has tried cases across Washington State, argued before the Washington State Supreme Court, and appeared multiple times before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Freeman is admitted to practice in Washington State, the U.S. District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
