Cory R. Weck

Cory R. Weck leads the Personal Injury Practice Group. Born and raised in the San Bernardino Mountains, Mr. Weck has been a leading trial attorney for clients in both the Inland Empire and the U.S. Marine Corps for almost 30 years. He has successfully represented thousands of clients in all manner of personal injury litigation and product defect matters.

Throughout his career, Mr. Weck has consistently sought excellence. Not only did he graduate top of his class from Rim of the World High School, but he was also selected as the top Student Athlete for San Bernardino County by the Ken Hubbs Foundation, an award conveyed to only one athlete in the county each year. After graduating with honors from Cornell University, Mr. Weck then sought to serve his country as a United States Marine Corps officer. From 1993 until his retirement in 2017, Mr. Weck distinguished himself with multiple overseas deployments and personal awards, including being selected as the Top Young Lawyer of the Year for the United States Marine Corps by the American Bar Association.

In his civilian practice, Mr. Weck has tried multiple six, seven and eight figure verdicts before a jury. Since 2010, he’s been peer selected as one of the top 5% of personal injury attorneys in California by the California Super Lawyers. He’s also been selected by U.S. News and World Report as one of the “Best Lawyers” in America. For nearly a decade he has been routinely acknowledged as one of the Top 100 Plaintiffs’ attorneys by the National Trial Lawyers. In 2019, his court room success resulted in his being selected as the Inland Empire Trial Lawyer of the Year. He was also selected as the “Jennifer Brooks” Lawyer of the Year for San Bernardino County in 2023.

Mr. Weck and his wife of 28 years, Lori, live in Redlands, CA, where they remain active in local charities like the Redlands Bowl, the Unforgettables Foundation, and Santa Claus Inc. He also serves on the advisory board for Congressman Pete Aguilar for those seeking appointments to the U.S. Military academies. Mr. Weck’s son, Jake, currently serves as a military police officer in the U.S. Navy.
