Attorney Fatemeh Banihashemi has been working in the legal industry since 1998 and has been practicing law since 2006. She joined Pacific Attorney Group in 2018 as the Supervising Attorney of the Pre-Litigation Department. Her areas of practice have included personal injury, family law, and business law. Ms. Banihashemi received her J.D. degree from Southwestern Law School, where she was selected as an Advocate for Southwestern’s Interscholastic Trial Advocacy Honors program enabling her to develop outstanding trial skills.
She competed in and was awarded top honors at the Stanford Law School Mock Trial competition in 2005. Before attending Southwestern Law School, Ms. Banihashemi received her B.S. Degree in Biological Sciences from University of California, Irvine, where she was on the Dean’s Honor List, was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society, and was an Honoree at the Undergraduate Research Symposium. For five consecutive years, from 2008 to 2012, Ms. Banihashemi has been named a “Rising Star” by California Super Lawyers magazine and recognized as one of the top young lawyers in California. Ms. Banihashemi previously served on the board of the Iranian American Law Association. She is currently a member of She is admitted to practice law in the state of California.
