Jack J. Bingham is an aggressive attorney with a vast range of experience in personal injury lawsuits. He understands the devastation caused by a tortfeasor’s wrongful actions. He uses this insight as motivation to fight, relentlessly, for his injured clients. During his career as a litigator, Jack’s had hundreds of court appearances, taken on tough expert witnesses, traveled throughout the U.S. to conduct depositions, and brought cases to trial. Some of his notable results are settlements of $3,750,000 in a slip and fall accident case, $1,600,000 in a workplace incident, $1,400,000 for a car accident case, $1,025,000 in a car accident case, two $1,000,000 car accident cases, a $1,500,000 car accident case, and a wrongful death case for $1,000,000.
Before becoming a lawyer, Jack obtained his Bachelor’s Degree (Magna Cum Laude), from Rutgers. He next attended Pace Law School where he made the Dean’s List and was a Dean Scholar (a law school teaching assistant). During law school he sat on the Moot Court Honor Board, competed nationally in several trial competitions, and coached the school’s National Appellate Advocacy team. Next, Jack went on to clerk for the Hon. Robert L. Polifroni, P.J.Cv. (Ret.), Superior Court of New Jersey, vicinage of Bergen County. He’s also an alumnus of the Justice Morris Pashman Inn of Court (Bergen County), accredited by Harvard Business School, and has sat as a panel speaker on litigation. He holds memberships with the Bergen County Bar Association and New Jersey Association for Justice.
