Jeremy Worley is dedicated to helping people through some of life’s most difficult challenges. As co-owner of The Injury and Disability Law Center in Roswell, New Mexico, he represents clients in personal injury cases—including car accidents, truck wrecks, and motorcycle accidents, premises liability, dog bite injuries, medical malpractice, and wrongful death—as well as Social Security disability claims across New Mexico and nationwide.
A graduate of Baylor University (BBA in Finance, 2003) and Texas Wesleyan School of Law (J.D., 2008), Jeremy brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to each case. Recognized by his peers and clients alike, his honors include being named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars (2020, 2021), Top 40 Under 40, and receiving Avvo’s Client’s Choice Award (2015, 2020).
Law runs in the Worley family—Jeremy’s father practiced law in Roswell for 40 years, and his mother spent over two decades as a first-grade teacher. After gaining experience at larger firms, Jeremy and his brother Josh founded The Injury and Disability Law Center in 2017 to provide every client with personal attention, compassionate guidance, and a trusted advocate committed to helping restore stability and security after an injury or disability.
