Phil was born and raised in East Central Indiana. He is a graduate of Penn State Law and Purdue University. Prior to joining Genco Injury Attorneys, Phil worked at one of the largest personal injury firms in Colorado and served as the Director of Litigation at a small personal injury firm. Phil has represented thousands of individuals injured by the negligence of others and has obtained many multi-million-dollar results during his career, including $5,300,000 for an injured family, $3,060,000 for the wrongful deaths of two brothers, and multiple settlements exceeding $1,000,000.
Phil was named a Lawyer of Distinction in 2023, 2024, and 2025. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He was honored as a Trial Lawyers Top 100 Plaintiff’s Lawyers. Phil is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Association and trained at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
Away from work, Phil likes to spend his time playing golf, traveling, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
