Whether his clients are charged with a crime or hurt on the job, partner Sean Conway works tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome for those he represents.

Sean cares about his clients and about justice — a great combination for someone whose law practice is focused on helping those who have been injured or are facing criminal prosecution.

Sean specializes in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and complex work injuries. Sean has had great success helping individuals who have been injured in an accident, including significant judgments at trial and on appeal for the victims of car and work accidents, as well as significant settlement awards. Sean utilizes his negotiation skills daily with insurance companies to aid his clients in arriving at a number that can help them to rebuild their lives.

Sean’s beginnings as a public defender also helped shape him into the lawyer he is today. His years of experience and knowledge of the ins and outs of the law have helped lessen or eliminate the charges for many of his clients prosecuted for major felonies, drug trafficking and conspiracy charges, driving under the influence (DUI), and other criminal charges.

Sean serves the community in a number of ways, including as a member of the Nebraska State Bar Commission and a member of the Westside Community Schools Bond Oversight Committee.
