A partner at Nowlan & Mouat LLP, Steve received his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist, Steve focuses his practice on personal injury, both plaintiff and defense. He has handled a variety of lawsuits in both state and federal court arising from automobile accidents, defective products, nursing home neglect, faulty construction practices and wrongful death.

Steve has been named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Wisconsin by the American Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been recognized as a Wisconsin Super Lawyer by SuperLawyers magazine. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, State Bar of Minnesota, the American Bar Association, the Rock County Bar Association and the Civil Trial Counsel of Wisconsin. Away from the office, Steve is active in several motorcycle groups, including the South Central Wisconsin HOG Chapter and is a sponsor for the MDA Tub Run.
